Grassroots

This is a story about farmers, the soils they work, and a piece of powerful knowledge that nearly slipped through our fingers. It begins in 2011 at a conference in Rural New South Wales where a retiring Professor from Sydney University gave a lecture about his life’s work. The study of ‘Melanised Endophydic Fungi’.
